#1  How to Order :

As you can see there is no shopping cart at our shop; all orders are processed via e-mail.

To place your order send an e-mail to shop@anatego.com with the following data:

 -Name

- Complete Shipping Address

- Product/s name and quantity

- Your shipping choice: regular, priority or registered mail

- Payment Method: Paypal*, Bank Transfer via IBAN or Postal Money Order

* if you pick Paypal please add your paypal e-mail so we can proceed with the invoice

Within 1-3 days you will receive an e-mail from Anatego's with your order confirmation

and the total costs to pay (products + shipping costs). If you'll be paying with Paypal

we will invoice you by this time; if paying via IBAN or Money Order all the information

you'll need will be provided in this same e-mail.

#2  Payment :

We accept 3 different types of payments:

Paypal- this is the prefered method, safe and fast. If you choose this option please

add your paypal e-mail to your order, so we can send you the invoice after your order confirmation.

Bank Transfer via IBAN- if you don't have a Paypal account and would like to make a

 purchase from this shop you can pay through your bank. Instructions and information will be

 provided in the reply to your order e-mail.

Postal Money Order- if you don't have a Paypal or bank account you can still make a

 purchase from this shop and pay through your local post-office. Instructions and information

 will be provided in the reply to your order e-mail.

Portugal Costumers: Pagamentos poderão ser feitos através do Paypal, Vale Postal

ou Transferência Bancária.

You have 5 days to perform the payment for your items, otherwise your order will be

cancelled.

Anatego's Shop only accepts Euros (€) as currency. Here is an online converter

that can help you in this matter.

#3  Shipping :

-We are able to ship worldwide!

-All items are shipped from Europe, Portugal.

-As soon as your package is shipped you'll be notified via e-mail.

Your products will be carefully packed into these cute packages designed by Anatego:

For extra protection all items are involved in bubble wrap. The little packages containing your

order are shipped in bubble envelopes or hard-card boxes from Portugal's CTT official mail service:

The prices listed bellow include shipping costs plus packaging:

* Registered mail is the only mail service that provides a tracking number, allowing you to

track your package online.

Atention!! Anatego's Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged once

despatched unless your package was shipped via Registered mail- the only way to

track and trace your order. If you have payed  for this type of mail service and your goods got

lost or damaged along the way, a new package containing your original order will be

shipped again for no extra cost. The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Policy & Privacy

- Your information is kept secret, and will only be used for shipping purposes;

- If your products are in stock your order will be shipped in 1-6 days;

- If your products are not in stock your order may take 2 to 4 weeks to be shipped. Note

that most of our goodies are handmade by one single artisian, and they go for a long process

before being complete;

- All products will be made/shipped after payment is received;

- All sales are final, we do not do refunds or returns, unless you've received a wrong item;

- Anatego's Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged once

despatched unless your package was shipped via Registered mail. This is the only way we

can track your package along the way, and also keeps us safe from scammers trying

to claim double orders. If you choose a regular or priority shipping service it's your

 own risk- if something wrong happens we are very sorry but there is

nothing we can do about it.
